- To make visible the diverse economy in the Los Angeles region
- To reframe informal activities and culturally-rooted practices as solidarity economy
- To identify opportunities to grow cooperative ecosystems and regional solidarity economy
Outcomes:
- Taxonomy of social and economic relationships based on cooperation and mutual aid
- Directory of solidarity economy in Los Angeles region
- Story map of social, economic, and cultural practices in the diverse economy
- Popular education curriculum introducing solidarity economy, map project, and directory
